Chimmanamada Raju Chengappa (87), a resident of No. 183, 3rd Cross, 4th Main, H-Block, Ramakrishnanagar, passed away yesterday in city.
A native of Thoochamakeri village in Ponnampet taluk of Kodagu district, he leaves behind his wife Devika (Nayakanda), children Sashi and Pavan and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were held at Muktidhama in Vijayanagar 4th Stage this afternoon.
