Mysuru City and District Congress celebrated the 21st Kargil Vijay Diwas by giving salute to the war heroes at Gandhi Square here yesterday. A one-minute silence was observed to pay tributes to the martyrs of the war. The celebration was led by District Congress President Dr. B.J. Vijaykumar in which leaders Bhaskar L. Gowda, Hedathale Manjunath, Basavaraj Naika, Venkatesh, Lokanath Gowda, R. Prakash Kumar, Shivaprasad, Donald, Sunil and others were present.
