City Doctor conferred with National Award

Mysore/Mysuru: Dr. Shilpa Avarebeel was conferred with Young Scholar-2022 National Award for the Academic Excellence given by Indian Academy of Geriatrics (IAG) at the National Geriatric Conference (GERICON 2022) held at Kolkata from Oct. 28 to 30.

Dr. Shilpa, who has a Geriatric Fellowship from Royal College of Physicians, UK, is presently a part time Ph.D Scholar in JSSAHER and a Assistant Professor in the Department of Geriatrics, JSS Hospital, Mysuru.

Daughter of C.R. Sandhya and S.B. Puttaswamy Gowda from Sirvase, Chikmagalur, Dr. Shilpa is married to Dr. K.T. Indresha, Dentist and a resident of Siddarthanagar, Mysuru and has a daughter, Neha Kartal.
