City entrepreneur invited for Women’s Conclave at J&K

Mysuru: City-based entrepreneur and Womencan Charitable Trust President Rachana Mahesh has been invited to participate as a panellist at the Women Leaders’ Conclave (WLC) 2025 to take place on Apr. 8 at IIM Jammu – Srinagar Campus in J&K.

Organised by Stree Shakti – The Parallel Force, WLC 2025 is a prestigious platform that brings together global leaders and changemakers to discuss pressing issues surrounding gender equality and social inclusion.

Rachana Mahesh will contribute to the panel discussion titled “Partners in Progress: Bridging the Gender Divide Together,” focusing on the critical role of both men and women in dismantling systemic barriers to equity.

As a staunch advocate for gender rights and social inclusion, Rachana Mahesh’s participation will be instrumental in fostering dialogue on engaging men as allies in promoting gender equality. Her insights and experiences are expected to inspire actionable solutions for a more inclusive society.
