Dr. R. Purnima, formerly Professor of English, KSOU and now the Director, Children’s Literary Club, will be presenting a paper, titled ‘Matilda Effect’ at the 46th All India Sociological Conference. Constitution, Citizenship and Minorities: Mapping Seventy Years of Indian Republic, a National Online Conference will be held from Dec. 8 to 10.
The paper will be presented under Gender Studies, Research Committee 10. The Conference is organised by the Indian Sociological Society, New Delhi and the Department of Sociology, University of Mumbai.
