Mysuru: Muhammed Tahoor, a 2nd std. student of Presentation Public School in Rajivnagar here has won gold medal in the 7th International English Olympiad (IEO) conducted by Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF), Gurgaon, recently.
Tahoor received the gold medal for securing 1st rank in the Olympiad. He also received certificate of outstanding performance and Rs. 1,000 worth IEO academic book set. The school management felicitated Tahoor during the 70th Independence Day celebrations held at the school premises yesterday.
He is the son of S. Habeebulla and Shifa Parveen, residents of Rajivnagar in city.
