B.K. Atri Koushik, an 8th std. student of Vijaya Vittala Vidyashala, Mysuru, was conferred with ‘Kids Talent Award’ by the World’s Genius Record – Nigeria for his achievements in vocal music and playing mridanga.   

His younger brother B.K. Adwik Koushik, an LKG student, has won the first prize in painting competition conducted by the ‘Centre for Educational Development and Research’ and has been awarded with ‘Kala Samman Award,’ according to a press release from School Principal K.S. Shailaja.
