Mysore/Mysuru: Two young debaters, Shreya Bharadwaj (Grade 9) and Dia Ponappa (Grade 8) from city-based Excel Public School (EPS), have been selected to attend a week-long Debate Workshop at Cornell University in New York, commencing on July 26. The workshop, aimed at fostering intellectual dialogue and refining debating skills, will draw a diverse pool of young talents eager to refine their oratory skills.
The achievement of Shreya and Dia comes on the basis of their performance in a 5-day workshop organised by Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement, Mysuru, in collaboration with Cornell University and ILR School NYC. This is the second time EPS students are attending this programme at Cornell.
