City swimmers — Sunil Kumar (41 years) and Sundaram Basappa (76 years) — have bagged prizes in the 1-km Yoska Thonnur Swimathon at Thonnur Lake recently.
Sunil Kumar, an employee of Murugappa Industries, bagged the second place at the Swimathon and Bassappa, owner of Sri Manjunatha Dish View, Vivekananda Nagar, has secured 16th place at the event.
A total of 32 swimmers took part in the competition.
