City Yoga Guru at Lanka Yoga Fest

City-based Yoga Guru Dr. Raghavendra Pai was the guest of honour at the inauguration of ‘Bharata Lanka Yoga Festival’ and Ramayana Yatra held at Kandy in Sri Lanka, from July 13 to 17

Dr. Pai highlighted the privilege of being in the company of the Kandy Chief Minister Sarath Ekanayake, Dr. Trinetra Mahanta Sivayogi Swamiji, Yogacharya Dr. Nilamegame from Reunion, France & Dr. Adrian Suresh from Malaysia. He described the event as an enriching experience, celebrating the profound connections between Indian and Sri Lankan cultures and spiritual traditions.

Dr. Pai, who serves as the Secretary of Sri Vedavyasa Yoga Pratishtana in Mysuru, also delivered a speech at the Festival. His presentation, titled ‘Sita Dhyana: Cultivating Emotional Resilience Through Rama Naama Dhyana,’ was a highlight of the event.

Organised by the Global Yoga Rotary Club Bengaluru, Yoga University of America and Family Academy Sri Lanka, the speech emphasised the significance of emotional resilience through spiritual practice, resonating deeply with the audience.
