The youth has also sought to create awareness by inviting everyone to join hands for bringing about the ‘Change’ in our attitude towards women.

As the rap song became popular, people have engaged themselves in organising street plays and other means for educating the society on the adverse effects of attacks against women and also to propagate that women need to be treated equally.

Kaustubh, who is known by his stage name Killa-K, has composed the song and music for the rap song himself. The rap is produced by Yashas Gowda, with Tejas Jain directing the song.

Delighted at the popularity of his rap song, Kaustubh says that although there are several ways to create awareness on social evils, he chose to educate the public against carrying out atrocities against women, as he thought that ‘Rap song’ would be a better and faster way to reach out to the people on  the issue.

Maintaining that his ‘Rap song’ has got tremendous response from the public, he stressed on the need for getting support from all quarters for sending out a social message.

He further said that he would come up with more songs on issues concerning women security and safety in the days to come.
