City’s Yoga Guru to deliver speech at Bharat-Lanka Global Yoga Fest

Mysore/Mysuru: Renowned Yoga Guru Dr. Raghavendra Pai, Secretary, Sri Vedavyasa Yoga Pratishtana, Mysuru, has been invited to deliver a talk at Bharat-Lanka Global Yoga Festival 2024 to be held at Bogambara Auditorium in Kandy, Sri Lanka, on July 13.

Organised by Rotary Bangalore Gobal Yoga and Family Yoga Academy, Sri Lanka, the Festival aims to foster international cooperation and cultural exchange through yoga.

Dr. Pai, a distinguished figure in the field of yoga and meditation, will share his insights on ‘Sita Dhyana: Cultivating Emotional Resilience Through Rama Dhyana.’

His participation highlights his contributions to the global yoga community and underscores the significance of integrating traditional wisdom with modern practices to enhance emotional well-being.
