City’s Young Scientist elected as ISCA Executive Member

Mysuru: Dr.  Shobith Rangappa, Director of Adichunchanagiri Institute for Molecular Medicine, Adichunchanagiri University, Nagamangala, Mandya, has been elected as the Executive Committee Member for 2023-24 by the process of manual voting by Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA) members across the country.

Dr. Shobith, son of former Vice-Chancellor of University of Mysore Prof. K.S. Rangappa,  is an active researcher and has over 80 research papers published in internationally reputed Journals and holds over five patents in the field of Cancer Drug Discovery.

“It is an honour to Adi-chunchanagiri University since Dr. Shobith’s contribution to science has been recognised by ISCA,” stated a press release from Dr M.A. Shekar, Vice- Chancellor of Adichunchanagiri University.
