This in one of the blocked drains on K.D. Road 5th Main in Vijayanagar 1st Stage, which is blocked since a couple of months. Residents say that despite lodging several complaints, none of the civic authorities bothered to visit the spot nor sent any one to get the drain cleaned. Authorities concerned are urged to get the drain cleaned at the earliest.
