Clear footpath encroachments

Sir,

On behalf of the tax-paying citizens, I appeal to the MCC and Mysuru Traffic Police to clear the footpaths and some parts of the roads occupied by the merchants. Some merchants have displayed their materials on the road as well.

If both footpaths and roads are encroached by the shop-keepers and traders, where should the people walk?
