A vacant site on the 2nd Cross in J.C. Layout is filled with parthenium and has become a haven for mosquitoes and reptiles. Residents said that they were suffering from skin allergies due to parthenium. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to get the parthenium cleared for the benefit of the residents living in the surroundings.
