Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will inaugurate the ‘Janapara Utsav’ organised by the District Administration and Kannada & Culture Department at Government High School at Talakad in T. Narasipur taluk of the district at 10.30 am on Dec. 26. District Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa will preside. Kannada & Culture Minister Shivaraj Tangadagi, Animal Husbandry Minister K. Venkatesh and others will be present.
