Commonwealth Chess Championship 2017: Thejkumar goes down to Aradhya

IM M.S. Thejkumar taking part in the Commonwealth Chess Championship 2017 at Delhi yesterday lost his third round tie against Aradhya Garg.

Aradhya scored an upset win over (2281) Thejkumar (2491) third round. After three rounds Thejkumar has secured 1.5 points. GM Vaibhav Suri, GM Ankit R. Rajput, K. Priyanka, GM Swapnil S. Dhopade, GM Swati Ghate and B. Kulkarni are tied with 3 points each and are placed eighth in the placings.
