Conceicao Pereira (76), wife of late J.M. Pereira, retired Band Master of the Police English Band and a resident of Lashkar Mohalla, passed away on June 28 at a private hospital in city following brief illness.

She leaves behind four daughters, sons-in-law, one son, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral was held at the Catholic Cemetery on Mahadevapura Road in Gandhinagar yesterday.
