Condolence meeting, Quran Khawni and Majlees held

Mysore/Mysuru: A condolence meeting, Quran Khawni and Majlees was held in city recently to pay tributes to Hazarath Hafiz Qari Mohd. Mateenuddin Chishti, who passed away recently.

Organising Secretary of Masjid-e-Moula Hussain at Sathyanagar here said that the event was held jointly by Mysore City (Dist.) Majlees-Ulma-Ahle Sunnath-wo-Jamath Trust and Sunni Jamiath-ul-Ulma Ahle Sunnath-wo-Jamath and other Ulmasat Jyothi Nagar.

He said that Hazarath Hafiz Qari Mohd. Mateenuddin Chishti had rendered yeomen service in Imamath and Khitabath at  several Sunni Masjids in city 

Several Ulmas spoke on the services rendered by Hazarath Hafiz Qari Mohd. Mateenuddin Chishti. Earlier, recital of verses from the Holy Quran and emotional duwa was held.

Inayath Ur Rehaman Razvi, Shahi Imam of Masjid Aqsa, Tippu Tomb, Srirangapatna, Hazarath Hafiz Qari Moulana Abdul Salam Razvi Saheb, Secretary of Sunni Jamiath-ul-Ulma Trust, Mysuru, Hafiz Qari Moulana Altaf Hussain Subhani Saheb, Moulana Shamnoon Razvi, Khateeb, Masjid Hali Meamoon Jamath, Hazarath Moulana Mohammed Farooq Subhani, Moulana Jasmuddin Saheb, Khateeb, Masjid Feel Khana at Fort Mohalla, Mysuru, Hafiz Khari Mohammed Tabraiz Raza, Imam of  Masjid Eidgah, Mysuru took part in the condolence meeting.
