Mysuru: A three day International Conference on ‘Healthy Brain’ has been organised jointly by JSS Academy for Higher Education and Research and Society for Neurochemistry India (SNCI) from Mar.14 to 16 at Rajendra Bhavan in the premises of JSS College of Pharmacy here.

Disclosing this at a press meet at Pathrakartara Bhavan here yesterday, JSS College of Pharmacy Principal Dr. T.M. Pramod Kumar said that it would be the first of its kind in city where world famous Neurologists would participate in the Conference. He further said that the 32nd annual meeting of SNCI would also be held during the event.

Dr. Pramod Kumar said that the inaugural function tomorrow at 10 am will have the Academy Vice-Chancellor Dr. B. Suresh, SNCI Chairman Dr. M.K. Thakur, Hyderabad University Vice-Chancellor Dr. P. Prakash Babu and Dr. Gilles Guillemin of Australia as chief guests. He added that representatives from Kerala, Maharashtra, Delhi, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh and abroad would attend the Conference.

JSS College of Pharmacy faculty Dr. S.N. Manjula, Dr. K.L. Krishna and Dr. Sharavana Babu were present during the press meet.
