Mysore/Mysuru: In a bid to enhance its poll prospects, the Congress will launch a fresh membership drive tomorrow (Dec.11) in city.
Opposition Leader and former Chief Minister Siddharamaiah and MLA Dr. Yathindra Siddharamaiah will launch the membership drive in Varuna Assembly Segment, while KPCC Working President R. Dhruvanarayan will launch it at Heggodu, former Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa at Hadinaru in T. Narasipur Assembly Segment, former Minister K. Venkatesh at Kittur in Periyapatna taluk, Hunsur MLA H.P. Manjunath at Hunsur town, H.D. Kote MLA Anil Chikkamadu at H.D. Kote town, MLC R. Dharmasena at Gopalapura, former MLA Kalale Keshavamurthy at Kalale in Nanjangud taluk and Congress leader D. Ravishankar at Kesturkoppalu in K.R. Nagar taluk, according to a press release from District Congress President Dr. B.J. Vijaykumar. The programme will be telecast live through Zoom App.
