Coronavirus Pandemic: Mysore Varsity PE Department postpones felicitation function

The Department of Physical Education (DPE), University of Mysore (UoM), has decided to postpone the felicitation function for outstanding sports persons which was scheduled to be held on Mar.18 due to COVID-19 scare to a later date which will be announced in due course by the Department.

The DPE was to felicitate the medal winners of All-India Inter-University, South Zone Inter-University Tournaments and Khelo India University Games.

Summer camps

The annual summer camp conducted by the DPE and the swimming camp at the University Swimming Pool at Saraswathipuram, Mysuru, also has been postponed to a later date which will be announced by the Department, as per Dr. P. Krishnaiah, Director (in-Charge), DPE, University of Mysore.
