Sir,
Sridhar Bhat, a well-meaning friend of mine, was keen in persuading me (86 years) and my wife Triveni Krishnamurthy (75 years) to get vaccinated so that our risks for getting infected would be minimised.
In this context, he introduced us to Dr. B. Amrutha Kumari, who patiently and satisfactorily answered all my questions about the vaccination process. She directed us to her colleague Dr. Prashanth at Charaka Hospital on KRS Road, Mysuru.
- We were vaccinated on July 25. Everybody, from Dr. Prashanth to his team members including Sneha who vaccinated us, were polite, careful and interested in making the COVID vaccination process a memorable experience.
- The entire place was spic and span and well-organised.
- Efficiency was observable in all operations.
Now, I feel confident of taking the 2nd vaccine dose on the suggested date.
This gigantic journey to vaccinate the entire population of the entire country requires many more socially-inclined enthusiasts like Sridhar Bhat. Our grateful thanks to all of them.
