COVID vaccination: Provide separate counter for those registered online

Sir,

I had registered for the first dose of COVID vaccination through the online portal for 1.4.2021 and selected District Hospital, Metagalli, Mysuru. I went to the Hospital at around 9.30 am on the designated day and there were around 100 people already to get vaccinated.

Medical Officials and staff were very cordial, my details were verified and I was given vaccination at around 11.30 am.

But my concern is though I had registered online, there was no separate counter for those who registered online and I had to stand in the long queue. If this is the case, what is the use of registering online?

I request the authorities concerned to make a separate counter for online registered or at least make a separate queue for them, as otherwise the purpose of the facility provided to register online is not served.
