Mysuru:  Cauvery Heart and Multi-Speciality Hospital, in association with Indian Society of Anaesthesiologist (ISA) and Cauvery Group of Institutions (CGOI), had organised CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training for Nursing students, Paramedical students, Technicians and Resident Doctors at the Hospital premises on Bannur Road in city recently.

The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Sadananda, Medical Superintendent of Jayadeva Institute of Cardiology and Research Centre, Mysuru. 

CGOI Chairman Dr. G.R. Chandrashekhar presided. The two-day training was conducted by eminent resource persons drawn from Hospitals across the city. Dr. Vaidyanathan, Course Director, BCLS & CCLS, Chief Intensivist of Cauvery Heart and Multi-Speciality Hospital, Dr. Mahadev, President, ISA Mysore Chapter, Dr. Prathibha, ISA Secretary and Professor of JSS Medical College, Mysuru, Dr. Yatish, Cardiologist at Cauvery Hospital, Dr. Rubina of Cauvery Heart Hospital, Dr. K.M. Girish, Dr. C.K. Ganesh, Director of CGOI, Parashuram and more than 300 delegates participated.
