Mysuru: The Mysore Chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) recently held an installation ceremony for its new team for the year 2025-27 at the MBCT auditorium in Vishweshwaranagar in city.
T.N. Bhaskar, Karnataka State President of CREDAI, who installed the new team, discussed the challenges facing the real estate sector.
Outgoing President D. Srihari (GSS) highlighted the challenges and issues faced by CREDAI Mysore over the past two years. Arun Pandit, Immediate Past Secretary, presented a report on the Chapter’s activities during his tenure.
Tejaswini Ananthakumar, Co-founder of Adamaya Chetana Trust and Chancellor of Calcutta University, who was the chief guest, emphasised the importance of eco-friendly projects, hygiene and waste management in the real estate sector.
