Mysore/Mysuru: Dr. Aishwarya Chandrababu, a Pulmonologist from Bengaluru and a trained Bharatanatyam dancer, was crowned National Runner-up at the prestigious Mrs. India pageant held on Dec. 21, 2025, at Jaipur, organised by Deepali Phadnis, officially registered under the Central Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Dr. Aishwarya, who had previously worked in Manipal Hospital, Mysuru, is married to budding entrepreunuer Pavanshesh Narayana, son of Narayana, retd. HR Professor, BEML, Mysuru.
The pageant witnessed participation from women across various parts of India and comprised several challenging designed to assess confidence, intelligence, creativity and overall personality.
As a lung specialist, she used the national platform to highlight the adverse effects of air pollution on respiratory health. Advocating sustainable living and greener practices, she conveyed a powerful message through her lung-themed national costume, emphasising that to breathe better, we must grow more trees, drawing a parallel between human lungs and the planet’s green cover.
