The only entry to Hebbal Industrial Estate from the Ring Road side is via the road next to Brigade Sapphire apartments, leading towards Rane Madras.
This is a crucial arterial road used daily by hundreds of people commuting to the industrial area — in cars, two-wheelers, and on foot.
In addition, 12- and 16-wheeler trucks carrying heavy materials, as well as tempos and autos, also ply this stretch.
The road is riddled with massive potholes — almost craters — and the recent rains have further worsened its condition.
For the past several years, no attention has been paid to its repair and it has now become extremely dangerous for the motorists to drive on.
I urge the authorities concerned to take up the repair works of this crucial arterial road on a priority basis before a serious accident occurs and ease the travel for daily commuters.
