Mysuru: Following the report about a man attacking a dog published in Star of Mysore on June 27, under the headline “Man attacks dog brutally for barking at him,” and the complaint filed with the Police for action against the perpetrator of that brutal, inhuman act, a reader, it is learnt, has complained to country’s leading Animal Rights Activist Maneka Gandhi.
