CSIR talk on AIR by Dr. Prakash

CSIR-CFTRI’s Akashavani series on Food Science (in Kannada language) titled “CFTRI Shodha Anushodha” is a very popular AIR programme from Mysore Akashavani.  Dr. V. Prakash, former Director, CFTRI & Distinguished Scientist, CSIR, will be delivering a talk in the 57th episode of “CFTRI Shodha Anushodha” series on Aug. 17 (Saturday) at 6.35 am and repeat at 6.10 pm under FM 100.6 frequency of All India Radio, Mysuru.
