6 pm: Inauguration of Dasara Cultural Programme and conferring of ‘Rajya Sangeetha Vidwan’ Award on Pt. Vinayak Torvi of Bengaluru at Mysore Palace. Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa will inaugurate. Karnataka Legislative Council Chairman K. Prathapachandra Shetty, Karnataka Legislative Assembly Speaker Vishweshwar Hegde Kageri, Co-operation and Mysuru District Minister S.T. Somashekar, Tourism, Kannada & Culture and Youth Empowerment and Sports Minister C.T. Ravi, Mayor Tasneem and ZP President Parimala Shyam will be the chief guests. Krishnaraja MLA S.A. Ramdas will preside.

7 pm to 8 pm: Dance Feature by Shubha Dhananjay and troupe, Bengaluru.
