Mysuru: District Horticulture Society, as part of Dasara Flower Show to be held from Sept. 21 to Oct. 1 at Kuppanna Park here, has organised a Horticulture competition on Sept. 16 and 17. The applications for participating in the competition are being issued from Sept. 6 to 14. Those interested to participate in the competition should register their names with the payment of prescribed fees.
The entry fee structure is as under for various categories:
Industries: Rs. 2,000, Schools / Colleges: Rs. 1,000, Government offices – Rs. 1,000. Public: Big area: Rs. 500, Medium: Rs. 400, Small: Rs. 300, Kitchen Garden: Rs. 500, Terrace Garden: Rs. 500, Medicinal Plant Garden: Rs. 500. For details, contact Mob: 98804-47803.
