DC directs officials to write letter to KHB for site

Mysore:  Deputy Commissioner (DC) D. Randeep has directed the officials concerned to write a letter to Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) seeking space for Red Cross Society to establish its office and blood banks.

Presiding over a meeting at his office here recently, Randeep said that he would communicate with the KHB Commissioner in this regard.

Asking the Red Cross to be always active, he said the society must hold a meeting at least once in three months to chalk out regular activities.

Replying to a representation that sought to use a vacant building belonging to the Women and Child Welfare Department located behind DRC, the DC said that he would write to the Department’s Deputy Director asking to permit the use of the said building.

Red Cross Society President Dr. Gurumurthy, office-bearers  were present.
