Mysore/Mysuru: Vijaya Vittala PU College hosted its annual day VIJAYOTSAVA-2022 recently. Chief guest Nagamallesh, DDPUE of Mysuru District, inaugurated the event.
Speaking on the occasion, Nagamallesh said that students should strive for excellence with sincere efforts and with active participation in co-curricular activities. Enlightening the students regarding various competitive exams, he advised the students to update their general knowledge and current affairs.
R. Vasudev Bhat, Hon. Secretary of Vijaya Vittala Educational Institutions (VVEI), said the institution has excelled with the blessings of Sri Pejawara Swamiji.
A. Vishwanath, Trustee of VVEI, advised the students to have goal-setting futuristic views and strive to reach the goal with perseverance, hard work and determination.
Principal H. Satyaprasad presented the annual report. B.R. Mangala, Principal of Vijaya Vittala Vidyashala, was present.
Academic toppers of the previous year and other talented students who have excelled in co-curricular activities were felicitated during Prathiba Puraskar.
This was followed by cultural events in which the talents and skills of students were brought onto stage. Prakhyath and group rendered invocation. Beeresh and Parvathi Basappa compered. S. Sinchana welcomed. Pavan Revankar introduced the chief guest. M.R. Srushti proposed a vote of thanks. Lecturer Mayuralakshmi read names of students who were feted.
