A Grand National-level PU and UG Festival
Mysore/Mysuru: De Paul College, Mysuru (Srirangapatna), hosted its much-awaited National-level PU and UG Fest ‘Deplomat 2K25’ on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1, marking two days of vibrant participation, creativity and competitive excellence.
This year’s fest carried a distinctive theme, “Nevermore,” under which the entire campus was transformed into a world of mystery and imagination.
With over 917 participants from 60 PU and UG Colleges across Mysuru, Mandya, Bengaluru, Hunsur, Madikeri and Srirangapatna, ‘Deplomat 2K25’ stood out as one of the largest and most dynamic college fests in the region.
Day-1 witnessed a flurry of cultural and technical events including Haunted House, Treasure Hunt, Reels Making, Freefire Tournament, Solo Dance, Group Dance, Throwball and Football. The sports finals on Day-2 kept the momentum high, with Football emerging as the main highlight — featuring 42 teams competing with exceptional energy and sportsmanship.
After two days of intense competition and lively performances, Marimallappa PU College clinched the Overall Championship Trophy. The fest was inaugurated by Rev. Dr. Baiju Antony CM, Principal, De Paul College. The valedictory address was delivered by Rev. Dr. Shijo Antony CM, Vice-Principal.
Convened by R. Subramanya Prajwal and co-convened by K.V. Rakesh Joseph and B. Rekha, ‘Deplomat 2K25’ was a success — setting a new benchmark in participation, thematic innovation and campus fest experience at De Paul.
