A truck carrying debris jumped over the road diver and toppled on the other side of the Mysuru-Bengaluru, disrupting traffic for more than an hour. Vehicles were lined up for more than three kilometres on the highway till Srirangaptana Town Police reached the spot and cleared the debris first and then got the truck cleared from the road. Luckily no one was injured including the truck driver. It is learnt that brake failure resulted in the driver losing control of the truck, which jumped over to the other side of the highway before toppling. [Pic. by Vinay Karekura]
