The UGC has issued fresh guidelines for opening Graduate and Post-Graduate Colleges for the year 2020-21. Accordingly, colleges will reopen from Nov. 1. The Colleges will have to complete the admission process by Oct. 31 and the first year classes will commence from Nov. 1. In case there is delay in the announcement of qualifying exam, the concerned Universities can start colleges from Nov. 18. The first semester exam will have to be held between Mar. 8 and 26, 2021.
