The delay in registration of sites allotted through the Mysuru Development Authority (MDA) e-auction held in August 2025 has become a matter of concern for successful bidders.
Several months after the auction, the registration process is yet to be completed, causing inconvenience and uncertainty among allottees. Many of them have already fulfilled all required formalities and made payments on time.
However, there is little clarity from the MDA on the reasons for the delay or the expected timeline for completion, leaving bidders in a state of confusion.
I urge the MDA Commissioner to address the issue and take necessary steps to expedite the registration process at the earliest.
