This is to bring to light the pathetic state of High Tension road in Vijayanagar (from Trinetra Circle to K.D. Circle and from Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering to K.D. Circle).
Despite repeated complaints, the repair works have been consistently delayed, causing immense hardship to the public, especially motorists.
The road in question is in a terrible condition, with potholes and uneven surfaces causing accidents and damage to vehicles. The prolonged delay in repair works have only exacerbated the problem, making it difficult for residents and commuters to safely use the road.
The situation is causing a great deal of frustration and inconvenience to the public, who are forced to use alternative routes that are often longer and more time-consuming. It is also having a negative impact on commercial activities in the area, as customers are unable to reach their destinations easily.
I urge the authorities to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that the repair works are carried out as soon as possible. The safety and convenience of the public should be of utmost importance.
Hope the ongoing snail-pace works are expedited and provide respite to the harrowed citizens.
