Destitute Home for Women and Children inaugurated at Hinkal

Mysore/Mysuru: A Destitute Home (Nirashritara Mane), under the umbrella of Karnataka Nirashritara Rakshana Vedike Trust, was formally inaugurated by Swamiji Guru Shakthi Bala Ammanavaru of Sri Nagadurga Peetha Maha Samsthana Sri Keshtra, Ramohalli, Bengaluru district, at Nanneshwara Nagara in Hinkal here on Aug. 15.

Speaking on the occasion, Swamiji appreciated the efforts of Lion Dr. Viswanath and Lion Lakshmi for starting the Destitute Home at Mysuru. 

On the occasion, actress Akshatha Ganesh Nishanth of Silly Lilly TV Serial, Dr. N.N. Prahallada, former Professor, Regional Institute of Education, NCERT, Mysuru, Lion Lakshmi, Lion Dr. Viswanath and Finance Babu of Bengaluru too spoke.

During the inauguration of the Home, Finance Babu of Bengaluru presented a Tata Indica Car, Jayaram and Sharavana of Transport Department presented   a Fridge and TV respectively.

Several dignitaries from Mysuru and Bengaluru including Film Director Vinod Kumar from Bengaluru graced the occasion.

Lion Dr. Viswanath of Mysuru (9036888096)  is the Coordinator of the Destitute Home.
