Mysore/Mysuru: In view of the 105th birth anniversary of late CM D. Devaraj Urs on Aug. 20, a preliminary meeting was held at the Deputy Commissioner’s (DC) Office here yesterday.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Manjunathaswamy, who chaired the meeting, informed that the birth anniversary will be held in a simple manner due to Covid pandemic. District Minister S.T. Somashekar will be inaugurating the programme. Chamaraja MLA Nagendra will preside.
ZP Deputy Secretary Dr. Prem Kumar, Assistant Commissioner Venkataraju, District BCM Officer H.S. Bindya, DDPI Panduranga, Urs Mandali President Lingaraj Urs, Dr. M.G.R. Urs, Taluk Backward Classes Extension Officer Sujendrakumar and others were present.
