Mysuru: Dr. James Manor, Emeritus Professor of Commonwealth Studies, School of Advanced Study, University of London, will deliver the 2nd edition of the Devaraj Urs Memorial Lecture titled ‘Devaraj Urs: Pioneer of Progressive Politics’ on Aug. 21 (Monday) at 10 am at MYRA School of Business in Yelwal. Dr. James Manor is an academic authority on Contemporary Development Politics.

This lecture is held under the aegis of MYRA’s Devaraj Urs Centre for Development Studies to celebrate the 102nd birth anniversary of former CM D. Devaraj Urs, a doyen in development politics nationally. MP Dr. M.V Rajeev Gowda will be the chief guest.
