Mysuru: The advanced Digital Dental Department was opened at Farooqia Dental College and Hospital at Tilaknagar in city recently.

The Department was inaugurated by Dr. Sohani Maroli, Dr. Bharathi Shetty, Dr. Usha Hegde and Dr. Lekha in the presence of Rifa-Hul-Muslimeen Educational Trust (RMET) Hon. Secretary Taj Mohammed Khan, Farooqia Dental College and Hospital Dean and Director Dr. H.P. Srinath, Principal Dr. Sanjay Murgod, JSS Dental College Principal Dr. Dakshayini, former JSS Dental College Principal Dr. Anil Gujjari, Dr. Sahith Kumar Shetty, Dr. T.M. kalappa, Dr. Raghavendra  Swamy and others.

Advanced equipment such as 3D Scanner, 3D Printer and Lasers have been installed and 27 renowned Dentists from across the State are being trained by Dr. Guttal and Dr. Akshay Byadgi on how to use these advanced equipment to treat patients with dental implants.

Meanwhile, renowned Implantologist and international speaker Dr. Sathyabodh Guttal launched the website www.rentadentalclinic.com on the occasion.
