Mysuru: Prasaranga, the publishing, printing and selling arm of University of Mysore (UoM) is selling books at 50 per cent discount as part of Dasara celebrations from Sept. 13 to Oct. 30. However, Encyclopaedia and Dictionaries will be sold at 25 per cent discount.
The old issues of the Prasaranga Publications like Prabhudda Karnataka, Manavika Karnataka, Vijnana Karnataka, My Society and My Science will be sold at Rs. 5 each. Interested may visit Prasaranga selling division on Hunsur Road and at Ramaswamy Circle. Students, scholars, booksellers and public may avail of this opportunity to purchase rare books at discounted prices, according to a press release from Prof. M.G. Manjunatha, Prasaranga Director.
