The Department of Women and Child Welfare has invited applications from children in the age group of 5 to 18 years who have excelled in the fields of art, education and sports for presentation of District-level awards which carry a cash prize of Rs.10,000 and a citation. The prescribed application form can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director, Department of Women and Child Welfare, High Tension Line Road, Vijayanagar 2nd Stage, Mysuru-17 and submitted in duplicate before Sept.15.
