District-level Basketball Tournament: Rising Star SC wins title

Inspiring play by Naveen (10 points) enabled Rising Star SC to register a well-earned 44-21 win over Protec SC, Mysuru and clinch the men’s title in the District-level Basketball Tournament conducted by All Stars Basketball Club at J.P. Nagar Basketball courts here on Sunday.

High School boys

Bharathiya Vidya Bhavan – 25 (Deepak Gowda 7) bt St. Joseph’s (Yelwal) – 13 (Naveen 6).

High School girls

Vani Vilas HS – 41 ( Meghana 11) bt Podar International School – 20 (Ramya 6).

U-16 Boys

Aryans SC – 31 (Dhavan 9) bt  All Star SC 10.

U-16 Girls

Aryans SC – 46 (Ananya 18) bt All Star SC – 15 (Beena 6).
