Vidyadarshini Convent of T. Narasipura won the Higher Primary School boys and girls titles in the District-level Inter Higher Primary School Kho-Kho Tournament organised by Kreeda Abhimanigala Balaga, Mysuru at the University Grounds here yesterday.

In the HPS boys section, Vidyadarshini Convent won the title beating Geetha Shikshana Samaste, Mysuru by 9-5 (One innings & four points) in the final. Nanjundaswamy of Vidyadarshini Convent was adjudged as the Best player in the HPS boys section.

Vidyadarshini Convent bagged a double by also winning the HPS girls title beating Geetha Sikshana Samaste in the final 6-4 (2 points 7 an innings). Bindu of Vidyadarshini Convent was chosen as the Best player in the HPS girls section. The prizes to the winners were given away by Mahadevappa.

Department of Physical Education former Director Dr. C. Krishna, In-charge Director Dr. P. Krishniah, Basudeva Somani FGC Education Officer Sadashiva Bhat and officer-bearers of Kreeda Abhimanigala Balaga were present.
