There are many references in Ayurveda about stilling the mind and maintaining good health. Yoga, dhyana, homa-havana, music and regular morning walks help in endurance and better health. Senior citizens should be wary about nuances of their health condition and should go for regular health check-ups to prevent further complications. We all give importance to health insurance but are least bothered about environmental protection.”
