Doctors Day on July 1

The Anveshana Seva Trust will be celebrating Doctors Day at the Institution of Engineers Hall on JLB Road at 10 am on July 1. CFTRI Director Dr.K.S.M.S. Raghava Rao will inaugurate the programme. Former Health and Family Welfare Department Director Dr. D. Thimmaiah will preside. University of Mysore (UoM) Vice-Chancellor Prof. G. Hemantha Kumar will present ‘Vaidya Vibhushana’ award to achiever-doctors. The Trust Hon. Secretary Amarnath Raje Urs will unveil a portrait of Dr. B.C. Roy to mark the occasion.
